Plant
The Magic Plant first appeared in "The Pogles"
when Mr Pogle was sent by his wife to fetch some beans to plant in the
garden. |
 |
| Plant told stories in "Pogles Wood" and
did many a magic feat. His day normally
started with a jug of Bilberry wine which Mr and Mrs Pogle first gave him
in an attempt to revive him when he came very close to death.
Plant was very wise and educated. In addition
to magic he could also play a number of musical instruments but notably
the violin.
